The Lanai at the cottage

This package features a rustic screened in facility that allows you to capture the desire to have an outdoor wedding, yet covered from the elements that our TN weather has to offer. This package can accommodate 100 guests. The wedding ceremony is in front of the fire place and the reception area is directly behind the ceremony location. It features 12 rustic picnic style tables and wooden chairs to match if desired. Serving tables are included as well. This area is screened in therefore is still considered an outdoor venue.

This package offers the perfect wedding location with an all outdoor under-the-lights ceremony. The Premium package accommodates your wedding ceremony behind the screened in Lanai and allows for the reception to be set up within the lanai. This allows more guest than the above “Elegance” package. Round tables, picnic tables, chairs and set up are included. We have 200 chairs. We have had larger weddings but they rent additional chairs if more than 200 is needed.

The rustic charm of the cabin adds a unique touch to your wedding experience and sleeps 8. Your groomsmen will enjoy their private apartment suite located above the wedding venue that sleeps 4. Your men will enjoy this area and have a place to sit back and enjoy the day with the boys. This premium package includes the wedding barn, cabin and apartment for one night.
